QiikTV Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Eligibility
Participation is subject to approval by QiikTV. Affiliates must provide accurate contact and payment information and comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, tax and privacy laws. QiikTV may accept or decline an application at its discretion.
2. Qualified New Customer
A qualified new customer is a legitimate first-time QiikTV customer attributable to the affiliate, whose account is successfully activated, paid, not fraudulent or duplicated, and remains active and in good standing for at least 45 consecutive days. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, refunded or charged-back accounts, and accounts created through misleading or unauthorized promotions do not qualify.
3. Commission Schedule
For each calendar month, affiliates earn $10 for each of the first 25 qualified new customers. Beginning with the 26th qualified new customer in that same month, the affiliate earns $20 for each additional qualified new customer. The higher rate applies to customers 26 and above and does not retroactively change the rate on customers 1 through 25.
4. 50-Customer Performance Bonus
An affiliate who generates at least 50 qualified new customers in a single calendar month is eligible for an additional $500 performance bonus. The bonus becomes earned only after the qualifying customers used to establish the 50-customer threshold have satisfied the 45-day active-and-in-good-standing requirement. QiikTV may withhold or adjust the bonus for cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraud or duplicate accounts that reduce the qualified total below 50.
5. Tracking and Attribution
QiikTV's records will be used to determine referrals, activations and qualification status. Affiliates must use the referral method or identifier supplied by QiikTV. If a referral cannot reasonably be attributed to an affiliate, no commission is due.
6. Payments
Approved commissions are payable after the 45-day qualification period and completion of QiikTV's validation process. Payment timing and method may be communicated separately. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for their own taxes, reporting obligations and business expenses.
7. Marketing Rules
Affiliates must represent QiikTV accurately and may not make false, misleading or unapproved claims; impersonate QiikTV; use spam; bid on protected brand terms where prohibited by QiikTV; promise pricing or features not currently offered; or use unlawful, deceptive or abusive marketing practices. Affiliates may use approved QiikTV creative and branding only for participation in the program.
8. No Employment or Agency Relationship
Affiliates participate as independent contractors. Participation does not create an employment, partnership, franchise, joint venture or agency relationship, and an affiliate has no authority to bind QiikTV or make commitments on QiikTV's behalf.
9. Adjustments and Fraud Review
QiikTV may investigate unusual referral activity and reverse or withhold commissions associated with fraud, chargebacks, duplicate customers, manipulated tracking, policy violations or other non-qualified activity. Any adjustment should be based on QiikTV's reasonable review of account records.
10. Program Changes and Termination
QiikTV may modify commission rates, qualification rules, promotional requirements or other program terms prospectively by providing reasonable notice. Either QiikTV or the affiliate may end participation. Valid commissions earned before termination remain subject to these terms and the 45-day qualification requirement.
11. Confidentiality and Customer Information
Affiliates must protect any non-public QiikTV or customer information they receive and use it only as necessary for approved affiliate activities. Customer credentials and private account information may not be collected, retained or shared except as expressly authorized.
