Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Program Eligibility
Participation is subject to approval by QiikTV. Affiliates must provide accurate contact and payment information and comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, tax and privacy laws.
2. Qualified New Customer
A qualified new customer is a legitimate first-time QiikTV customer attributable to the affiliate, successfully activated, paid, non-fraudulent and active for at least 45 consecutive days.
3. Commission Schedule
Affiliates earn $10 for each of the first 25 qualified new customers in a calendar month. Beginning with the 26th qualified new customer in that month, the affiliate earns $20 for each additional qualified customer.
4. Performance Bonus
At least 50 qualified new customers in a single calendar month can qualify the affiliate for an additional $500 bonus after the 45-day retention requirement is satisfied.
5. Adjustments & Marketing Rules
Refunds, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, misleading advertising and other non-qualified activity may be excluded or reversed. Affiliates may not impersonate QiikTV or make unauthorized claims.
6. Independent Contractor
Participation does not create employment, partnership, franchise, joint venture or agency.
